Cannot Close A Call

Not sure if this is a bug or specific to me. It seems that after updating from 7.3.1.to 7.3.2 I am no longer able to close a call. When I try to close a call i get a database failure. Not sure if this is attributed to the update.

Here is the fatal error captured in the sugarlog…

Does anyone have any suggestions?
-I have done a quick repair & Rebuild!

Hi,

When you run a Quick Repair & Rebuild, Does anything show at the bottom of the page, with the option to “Execute”?
If so, click “Execute” and run another Quick Repair & Rebuild.

If you go to Admin > Studio > Calls > Fields
Are there any fields that state “null” ?

There were multiple fields that had null in them, so i did a module reset. Now the NULL fields are gone and i can close calls.

How you did a module reset?

I have 3 null fields in calls

Go to admin > Studio > Click on the module you want to reset > you should have a button above the labels icon called “Reset Module”.

There you go.
