Cannot assign an priary email to an account

Hi,

What could be preventing me from adding an email to a new account? There is a + box but nothing happens when I click on it…

From your other post regarding the text at the footer I am inclined to believe that you have a permissions problem.

I suggest that you search the forum on how to reset permissions to 755 to nearly all files and directories, except some which should be set to 775.

Additionally I also recommend that you set permissions correctly also in config.php
