Cannot Add Primary Email Address To Account or Contact

Hi all,

I’m having an issue with adding an email address to a new contact or account. When clicking the plus button in Chrome or Safari, no dialog box appears and also does not return an error. So, unless you are using Firefox, there is no way to add an email. I have attached a screenshot of the item in question.

I’m under the assumption that it is a Javascript or JQuery issue, but I’m new to SuiteCRM and don’t know where to start.

I have the same problem on all contacts when I save, I get “Email Address(Primary) is already exist”
