Cannot Access Inbound Email Setup Since Upgrade

Hi All,

I have been searching like mad to find the answer to this problem, our crm is working well apart from one little issue…

out outgoing email from suite is working great but when i try to set up incoming email i cannot get to the settings page, as soon as i click new group mail account i get :-

The *********.co.uk page isn’t working

********.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

I had an email setup which i figured might have been the problem so i deleted it and now cannot add a new.

least time i looked at these settings was several versions ago so a restore is off the table. and the log file only shows some missing gif’s?

Can anyone offer any ideas?

Thanks
Darren

ok i have managed to fix this my self, it seems that you cannot get to the inbound email settings unless AOP is enabled,

Im not sure this was what i was expecting.

im looking for a method to archive emails without using an outlook plug in (all our users are on terminal services and cannot use the plugin as they are not admins)

Cheers
Darren
