Can we send email to the customer after create the case module

Hi,
I am working on suiteCRM , I am begginer to this suiteCRM.
How can I send email to the customer after creating the CASE module .

Not sure if I’m wrong on this one but the system is supposed to send an email to the contact. As long as you have a system outbound email configured.
