Can¨t create new group module in configure group modules

hello pls help me

When i try to create a new group module it does not save the new group and do nothing, just load an empy page with no new module

Security groups does not create new modules, it created a security group which you can assign users to. You also have to use roles to assign privileges to the group.

Hi there,

This is a known bug where you cannot create a new module menu filter in Admin -> Configure Module Menu Filters due to Russian language pack bugs. You can disable the Russian language pack in Admin -> Languages and this will resolve your issue.
