Can we integrate by API to web Automation Marketing ap f.g. https://support.salesmanago.com/
like Sugar CRM https://support.salesmanago.com/integration-with-sugarcrm/

In the very same way, the product team must develop a plugin for SuiteCRM, too, supposing the one they’ve developed for Sugar won’t work with SuiteCRM.

You can develop the integration by yourself, using SuiteCRM REST API and checking the documentarion of the other application.

Im not a developer. Where you thionk i can find a plugin?

You can get a plugin only with the app vendor. If the vendor doen’t provide one, then you need to develop. If you are not a developer, then probably you’ll need to hire one. I believe it can be done in less than one month.
