Can NOT login after the upgrade from 7.x to 8.3.x, however can login through legacy!

I attempted a clean upgrade from freshly installed SuiteCRM 7.13.1 without any data to 8.3.0, and everything worked smoothly.

Next, I decided to upgrade/migrate my existing SuiteCRM 7.13 .1, along with my data, to version 8.3.0. After completing the upgrade/migration from 7.13 to 8.3.0, I encountered an issue where I couldn’t log in through the main login page. Instead, an error pop-up message appeared on the top of the browser, stating: “Error occurred while retrieving records.”

Strangely, I found that I can still log in through the legacy page (i.e., http://ip-address/legacy), but there’s no menu bar available. The interesting part is that if I click on any existing links in the legacy page after logging in (like opportunities, contacts, quotes, etc.), it redirects me back to the home login page (not the legacy login). Surprisingly, upon trying to log in now, it works fine! However, logging out takes a few attempts.

Once I log out, I face the same issue again when trying to log back in.
