My apologies if this is not the right type of questions ask here. I have used SuiteCRM in the past and I’m excited to see the many new enhancements in the latest version. We have about a dozen users and we represent several companies so we need these users to be able to select different from email addresses for their FROM addresses(and ideally email signatures) for each email they send out. Is this possible with SuiteCRM ?

great to hear that you have used Suite in the past - we’d all be interested to hear what brings it back in to your mind again?
SuiteCRm is the powerful fully featured open-source CRM (most people would say… not all).
Email functionality is often the most complex though - there are major pros and cons for eample in using an yCRM for all incoming email to staff.
But for outbound - that is a much simpler thing to do well.
Suite does allow a unique email FROM line per User.
BUT… with the heavy anti-spam systems out there -SuiteCRM will required each user to give user-name and password for their OWN SMTP server, for outbound. (that way their email is not treated as spam by the internet, as it flows through the SMTP servers that all the emails for that domain go through.
Not a technical problem - but trust with your users who are at outside companies.
Lastly - email set up in SUITE is famously ‘not super simple’. You may want to evaluate it and get it running in general, before doing the email stage: there may be other reasons that make Suite not suitable for your wider CRM needs which you can find quickly from installing and using it a little on the side.
or are your needs very simple, outside of email stuff?
My company just last month moved from sugarCRM to Suite - so know where you are right now - 5 users in a company of 30 staff: not a PHP bone in our bodies!
