Campign email is not working in 7.11.20


I tried to configure the campaign. Email setting is configured, bounce handling email is also configured. A scheduler is working fine.
When I click on “Send Marketing Email As Test” I have not received any email even the schedule email is not working.

need to go to admin->email queue
then clean queue from there.
Please share a screenshot where you are stuck…

Thanks for your reply. The email issue is resolved.

Actually, I am trying to add a custom person module to the campaign. The module is added to the target list. But when the scheduler is trigger it sends an email to the default module but email triggering fails to the custom module.

I have followed the below steps.
