Campaigns schedule bug

Hi,

When i create a campaign and make a market with schedule future time, there is an encoding issue in mail content. I use UTF8 encoding in mail settings but there is an issue in mail content. If i send campaign immediately, there is no issue?

There is Turkish Char problem in my email content. (ş,i,ğ,ü,ç,ö,ı,)

Anybody help me?

The problem occurs after update it from old to new version. I reinstall it with new version, my problem is gone.
