Campaign Wizard and Create Email Template both give me Blank Screen

Hey there,
I am having an issue with campaign wizard and Email Template (Creation).

Version: 7.13.4

In Campaign Wizard, I am trying to create an EMAIL campaign. the first and second steps work fine, however, when it goes to the 3rd step (Templates), it shows a blank screen. the blank screen still has the SuiteCRM menu and sidebar but doesn’t show anything else.
also, when I go to email templates module to create a template (when I click on create email template), it does the same thing.

It was the List View color changer module that I recently installed by Outright Store.

If you have this module installed, be careful!
