Campaign View Status is not reporting bounces anymore

Hi,

I just recently upgraded to 7.7.5 and ever since my Campaign View Status “Campaign Response by Recipient Activity” chart doesn’t report bounces. Nothing has changed except for the upgrade. This has been working for the last year.

I have doubled check all settings and viewed all associated log files and I can’t figure out why it is not working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that this is the same in 7.7.8 - did you get a resolution or find out what the issue was?
