Calls dashlet

I have the Calls Dashlet on the dashborad. Most of the calls are connected to Opportunities and the Calls Dashlet ListView allows me to see the Opportunity to which the call is related.

However the Opportunity is related to an Account but the Calls Dashlet does not allow me to have the Account to which the Opportunity is related in the ListView.

This is quite a problem since most Opportunities have the same or a similar name. It would be very useful to be able to see also the name of the Account to which it is related.

Any hints?

I had a similar problem with the calls / meetings dashlets

How I got around it is by creating a report using the SuiteCRM report module

Selecting the fields I wanted to see in the dashlet

The condition you want to use = Call assigned user = Current user

This condition allows you to make it a “homepage dashlet” as any user who views it will only see their own records

Unfortunately the items in the list cannot be clicked. But, at list I have a better vision of the calls.

:slight_smile: Within the fields you have selected you can tick the box that says “Link” - you can see this inside the screenshot :slight_smile:
