Calls - cannot save it

Dear All,

Could you please inform what can be the reason why when I create Call I cannot “save” it ? I press the button “save” but system doesn’t react on it.
Is it about Role Restriction or something like that?

Would very appreciate your help!

Or does it lead to a white page of sorts?

Would you be able to detail which browser, Operating System & SuiteCRM version you are currently using?

I use Google Chrome and as for CRM system:
Version 7.3.2
Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001)

Hi,

Hmm, 7.3.2 is an old version at this point.

Would it be possible to upgrade your SuiteCRM instance to a more recent version, and see if the issue still exists?

If you do so, i’d recommend re-setting permissions on the instance and running a few "Quick Repair and Rebuild"s, to mitigate anything that might come about from incorrect permissions.
