Could you please inform what can be the reason why when I create Call I cannot “save” it ? I press the button “save” but system doesn’t react on it.
Is it about Role Restriction or something like that?
Would it be possible to upgrade your SuiteCRM instance to a more recent version, and see if the issue still exists?
If you do so, i’d recommend re-setting permissions on the instance and running a few "Quick Repair and Rebuild"s, to mitigate anything that might come about from incorrect permissions.
