Call to undefined method UserPreference::updateAllUserPrefs()

I have just installed suitecrm

When trying to load one of my 6.5 packages I get the error message Call to undefined method UserPreference::updateAllUserPrefs()

Any idea how I can fix this or what might be causing it?

now fixed - caused by installing an old language pack :frowning:

Hi,

I’m getting the same issue but I thought I installed the latest language pack “British Language file for SugarCE 5.0.0a”.

Is there an alternate Suite version I should of used?
