Call the Lead directly from SuiteCRM

Using SuiteCRM 7.8.2 - How to call and also record the lead / contact from SuiteCRM web browser.
I want to call the Lead / Contact from SuiteCRM login and to automatically register in Calls module. While calling, is it possible to record the same and option to download later.

SuiteCRM Version used: 7.8.2
Environment name and version (e.g. MySQL, PHP 7):
Operating System and version (e.g Ubuntu 16.04): Ubuntu 16.04
Theme: Suite7

By default, there is no such functionality available.

I believe you may need some calling integration to have such functionality.
