Call recording not showing up

Hello guys, so I have setup FreePBX, Zulu and SuiteCRM. I have installed the CRM integration module on both the CRM and tha PBX as described. I can make and receive calls on Zulu, log into the UCP and and accesses the call history etc. For some reason however, I can’t access call history from the CRM, neither will the inbound call pop up on the CRM. I know that this is not sufficient information but I would gladly provide what is necessary to help me fix this. Thank you
