Has anyone used SuiteCRM to drive call flows? Alternatively has anyone successfully integrated something on top of SuiteCRM to drive call flows?
By “Drive call flows” I mean a script for the agent to read out and a step by step wizard style of collecting information. For example a person might call up to sign up to a service and the agent needs to collect their basic customer details, but also collect the service they wish to sign up for an add entries in multiple locations.
At the moment I can only see being done with an external webapp which then pushes data into SuiteCRM via REST.
