Dear All,
I’d like to understand how to show in clanedar the time in 14:00 format instead 2:00 pm and also how to let the week starting on monday instead sunday…
I did some modifications from the admin panel but the results is still the same…

You can do this by going into your profile > Advanced and scrolling down to the locale settings (Time)and the calendar options panel(Day of the week)
If you need any further help on this, just ask 
in the advanced preferences set the parameters as specified, but the timetable remains with the format and 10pm everyday riding week in English
