I am setting up suitecrm for my company, The CEO has specific demands for the calendar. It must be set up as an “At A Glance” calendar with 3 day views on the Dashboard. She is wanting it set up so that a tester can test the register/login section, the calendar and the first section of the dashboard with At A Glance. I haven’t found anywhere this can be customized. Any ideas?
There aren’t many option around the Calendar module, no. It’s a basic module. You can always export events (sync them to Google calendar) and use more powerful tools.
It seems like you need to build entirely new views and Dashboard “dashlets”. Read the Developer Guide and give yourself some time to get acquainted with SuiteCRM code and try our first customizations. But let me warn you, this won’t be easy for a novice.

It’s really hard to say how costly without a proper analysis. I can get you in touch with someone to provide you with a quote if you want. I really recommend involving someone knowledgeable in SuiteCRM while designing your CRM for your Company. Getting things right from the start will save you a lot of possible causes of stress later. So, designing data, modules, processes, etc. is best done with some consulting. And only after that come the screen changes.
Any way I can continue giving small bits of advice here on the Forums even if you decide to do it on your own, no problem.
