Is there any way to filter calls that appear on the calendar to only show planned calls (or exclude held calls).
I only want to see current activity.
Means I can easily see calls / appointments etc for my staff that have not been done by the assigned date.
If you can not filter, can the colour change for planeed vs held calls?
