Bug in Emails

When I go to emails and click compose clicking on options and attach button is not working

But if I use compose email for a case which brings up quick compose both options & attach work

I’m using Version 7.2.3

Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001)

After further investigation I’ve found its a theme issue

Its fine using the Suite 7 theme but if I use Suite R then options & attach do work but they are off the screen

If I minimise the menu then I can see the options
