When I m trying to create an “New Bounce Handling Account” from the Inbound Email of Admin section , I see few of the options missed such as Import emails automatically , Create Case etc.
Kindly find the below screenshot.
When I try to create an “New Group mail Account” I can see those Email handling options . Kindly find the screenshot
Kindly please let me know how to enable those .

As far as I’m aware, the reason for this is because the “Group Mail” Mail accounts can be used in the CRM more generally; as generic Email inboxes or in conjunction with the Cases module.
Whereas the “Bounce Handling” mail accounts are primarily used for the Campaigns module, for Email activity Tracking, and so don’t have the option to Import Emails to CRM for the Emails/Cases modules.
