Blank White Screen After Installation

Hi, I am trying to install SuiteCRM 8 on the subdomain having ubuntu and apache installed.

There are 2 issues.

  1. On the installation page, it says “The database username, password, host, or port are incorrect”.
    However, I resolved this issue by adding host as hostname:port_name in the /public/legacy/config.php

  2. When the installation was run, it doesn’t show any error message, and a blank error having red background showed up. By visiting a link, it just shows a blank white screen.

I followed the guide and was unable to get it installed/working correctly.

Can anybody please help?

Do check logs of PHP, Apache and SuiteCRM(at root directory of your installation).
