I run the installer and after I enter the database connection information and go next and the progress bar shows up the I get a blank page. I can go no farther.
Installing on a dedicated server using Apache. I will c/p the log files as soon as I run the installer again.
I had success with the database portion but have a screen full of illegal actions.

Are you seeing those errors on screen, or in the logs? Do you get any loss of functionality, apart from the error message?
Getting them on screen. I did rebuild all parts listed that can be rebuilt. Did not fix the issue.
If display_errors is off you shouldn’t be getting errors on screen. I wonder if you are editing the correct php.ini.
What version of SuiteCRM is this, and what version of PHP?
Have you set permissions as indicated in the installation guide, and have you loaded the necessary PHP modules?
