Our suitecrm was working properly . But suddenly ‘Home’ page is blank and there is a pop up window “an error has occured” I have attached the screenshot below:

Suitecrm version: 7.10.4
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
Php version :7.0

Could you please ensure the following;
Database service is reachable from the CRM installation location
Both Composer install and the correct permission have been set locally on the CRM
Could you please confirm the following;
Where about were you within the CRM when this screen appeared? Are you able to access the admin module to run a quick repair and rebuild?, If so I would attempt this.
Is this for all users of the system?
Where any changes or updates to the system made recently, prior to the issue you are now experiencing?
Would it be possible to get the logs from this event as I believe this would greatly help in assisting?

Database service is reachable from the CRM installation location –> Yes db is accessible.
Both Composer install and the correct permission have been set locally on the CRM –> permissions are correct
Could you please confirm the following;
Where about were you within the CRM when this screen appeared? Are you able to access the admin module to run a quick repair and rebuild?, If so I would attempt this. –> Just after submitting login we land on Blank Home page. When we click on home icon / select Home from menue, we get the attached sceenshot error message. I did Quick repair and rebuild, but issue still exists.
Is this for all users of the system? –> Yes all the users are facing this issue.
Where any changes or updates to the system made recently, prior to the issue you are now experiencing? –> No changes were made.
Would it be possible to get the logs from this event as I believe this would greatly help in assisting? –> I cannot find any thing in log.

Could you please try changing the value of Validate user IP Address to false (Under heading “Advanced” within system settings)
And then try login to the homepage.
