Blank Create Email Template Page

When trying to create an email template, I get a blank page with just the CREATE page title.

The same goes for when I try to edit one of the included default email templates. This is the same across all browsers.

This is currently set up in a 4GB CENTOS VPS (Apache7.2 and MYSQL 5.6).

I have verified that my outgoing emails work.

Am I doing something wrong or is something broken?

Hi @RMN,

Have you done the following;
Re-ran composer install
Re-ran permissions
Ran a Quick Repair and Rebuild?

I just did so; problem persists. Interestingly enough, I just installed another instance on the same VPS and the Email template works fine.
