Hello. I’m quite new to SuitCRM and I’m having a problem with something.
I want to make a workflow that sends an email in a users birthday, to that specific person.
Right now I managed to make the “Cause” work, the workflow triggers like it’s suppose to.
The problem lies in the Action part. I can’t make it so it sends to that user’s email.
I configured the SuitCRM email and it’s working, so the problem it’s not that.

what do you mean by user ? is it employee or your client ?
i think you should be checking for contact module not user module
