Birthdate for contacts

Hello;

Can I store a contacts birthdate? I need to be able to search based on a contacts age (eg between the ages of 24 and 26 or born between 01/01/1988 and 29/12/1990)

Hi,

You can add a custom field in studio to support this.

Navigate to Admin > Studio > Contacts > Fields

and add a new field of type “Date”

Then go to Admin > Studio > Contacts > Layouts

and add this new field to the Editview and Detailview Layouts

Thanks so much - there was already a field called birthdate in the studio

I’ve added it to the layouts, and also the search - its perfect, just what I needed
