Basic search/lists doesn't work for Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities or Leads

Hi,

We can’t get any of our lists of items to show up after we migrated from Sugar CRM (Sugar Enterprise > Sugar CE > SuiteCRM 7.7.8 ). No items are shown under View Accounts, View Contacts, View Leads or View Opportunities. Aside from this, Basic Search doesn’t show any results regardless of what is being searched for.

If we try to bring up View Accounts, for example, we get nothing.
Trying to do a Basic Search, either on an empty field to get all accounts or searching for a keyword, doesn’t work. However, if we clear and search with an empty field or on any keyword using Advanced Search, then we get what we are searching for.

It seems like searches are being saved somehow, either through caches or some admin option. And Basic Search seems to not be able to search on anything at all.

What could the problem be? Any help would be appreciated.

Same thing with me. Since we did the upgrade I can’t search through our contacts like I normally would. The basic search doesn’t work and I can’t find where I can do a advanced search.
Can someone out there please help.
