I have deployed a package with 3 modules
2 of them appear with the right title and one with a crazy title
someone can tell me how to repair it

Maybe try a few things from Admin / Repairs…
- rebuild relationships
- rebuild language files
done without success 
I would look for that long LBL_... on the files to see if it appears, and where it appears…
Also try it without any special characters like the apostrophe, see if that makes any difference.
