AUTOSYNC ISSUES

Hello All,

I’m using Outlook Plugin 3.0.2.2. with Suite CRM 7.8.2. It seems like the Auto-Sync feature is not working. I can manually sync emails without a problem, but Auto-Sync seems to yield no results. I have included an excerpt from my log file below (I am not the most tech-savvy person, so it does not mean much to me), but it appears that the same error is listed repeatedly. I do not see any notification of successful sync or failure. I am using Outlook 10 on Windows 10. Any help that could be offered would be appreciated.

We have answered your Support Ticket on the Store. There were known issues on v3.0.2/3.0.3 so we would recommend you update to the latest version 3.0.4.
