Automatically update contact lists?

Hi folks,

I am really not familiar with the functionality of Sugar and SuiteCRM.

I would like to create contact lists of specific contact types (that have a certain value in a custom field) that are updated regularly.
So for example: contacts, which are younger than 30.
If somebody adds a contact that is younger than 30, he should automatically be added to the contact list. Or the list should at least update itself daily.

Is this possible? In my view, this sounds like a common scenario, however, I did not find a way to do this.

Try looking into Workflows.

When a contact is saved, if age is under 30, add contact to a Target List.
