Automatically Convert Lead to Contact and Account

Is it possible to automatically convert Lead to Contact and Account? For example, when Converted checkbox is marked. I need Lead to be Converted that way. Maybe using workflow somehow? (but I tried and it didn`t work).

You can use logic hooks to create the other records:
