is there a solution for inbound mails that goes to a specified folder with rules on the inbound mail.
trying to auto archive it to my crm system but it wont work??

any?

Can you provide more information?

The auto archive from outlook will simply automatically archive your emails to contact/lead/account records etc. where it finds an email address that matches that of the sender/recipient.

What we want is to decide what to save an email as. If we, for example, are archiving an email that is (or contains) an offer for a product or a service, we want to save it as a document related to the specified contact/account/etc, and not just as an email related to the specified contact/account/etc.

And what we are wondering is: Is there any way to do this right now?
