Auto Import Emails Into Account History

Hi there,

I recently synced my gmail email with SuiteCRM so I can import sent/received emails from clients into their respective account profiles under “history”.

Is it possible to have emails automatically imported into an Account’s history?

For example:

John Doe is a client, his email is JohnDoe@gmail.com

John sends me an email. I want to log this incoming email as an interaction under “history” of the account “John Doe”.

Can this automatically be done?

With basic crm function no, because the sync between crm and your email account is oneway. But there are a lot of plugin that do the ting(mostly not free). have a look to grinmark plugin aesync.
