Auto Archive not working

I have installed the Outlook plugin on my Outlook 2010 account. Archiving manually works beautifully as does accessing the Address book.

However, I have been unable to get the auto archive to work. Whether I send or receive emails, I don’t see the emails getting archived in the contact record. I waited several days to see if there was a time delay.

I am using Outlook 2010.
We are using
SuiteCRM Version 7.0.2
Sugar Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)

The manual archive and address book are working well.

Is there any update on this?

We are seeing the same issues but with Office 365, the plugin is installed into Outlook 2013.

Autoarchive is not working correctly it archive some mails to random opportunities no correlation with email adresses.

Running on latest version sugarcrm and outlook 2010

Is there any update on this? Like FFES I cannot make the auto-archive work. Need answer ASAP. I am also doing the same enabling the auto-archive and there are no emails being synced to the SuiteCRM contacts while manual archive is working fine.
