I’ve tried to work out whether this is possible with not much success.
Is it possible, once creating an invoice for someone, that a workflow is generated to send an email with the details of that invoice to an individual?
The scenario I was looking for was;
If the invoice is created
Forward an email detailing the line items and quantities so that they could be entered into our ERP system at a later date (Unfortunately it’s a closed shop on the ERP front - so manual entry is required)
I’ve tried adding variable in the email template area, but every time it emails through to my test email address all I see is the insert variable function e.g. $aos_line_item_groups_name
