Attachment or note not shown

Hi guys,

I am having some issues with attaching notes or attachment to leads and contacts.

  1. When a regular user add a note or an attachment to a lead only the administrator can see them in the history subpanel.
  2. Attachments and notes added to contacts are not shown in the history subpanel. Even the administrator can’t see them but can see them in the notes module.

I have searched on several sugarcrm forums but couldn’t find anything to fix thee problems.
Hope someone of you can help me.
