Attaching files to Email Templates

Hello.

I am using SuiteCRM version 7.10.9, Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344) and I am trying to create an Email Template. At the bottom of the screen is the “Attachments” section, which contains two buttons, “Browse” and “Document”. I click on the “Browse” button and select a file, then save the Email Template. However, it appears that the file is ignored and not added to the template. However, using the “Document” button does seem to work.

Am I missing something?

Did you checked upload limit at server?

The file was only a test file with a few bytes, so I don’t think that is the problem.
