Attached files on received emails

Good morning all;

After setup mail module and check that we can receive and send, I’ve noticed that when an email with attached files is received, these files, besides are noted on the email itself, cannot be openend nor accessed.

I’m admin of the system but only can see that mail has some file attached.

Anyone with this same issue who could solve it?

Would you be able to provide some screenshots of what you’re seeing?

Also, what format were the attached files, by chance?
I think the CRM may filter some attachment types for security, such as php/js

Also, what happens when you try to open them?
By “cannot be openend nor accessed” what do you mean?
(ie: White screen, cannot click, file doesn’t download, etc)
