Hey guys,
I’ve created roles in my CRM, but I can’t find a way to assign them to the users.
I’ve tried in User Management and Role Management, I couldn’t find any field related to it.
Does anyone have an idea about this problem ?

Hi there,
You can select the user when viewing the role, or assign the user to the role in the sub-panel on users.
Are there no sub-panels on the user/role views?
Can you provide some screen shots?

Have you gone to the ‘Access’ tab on the user? Are there roles sub-panels there?

Hi AlyB,
Have you set permissions on your CRM files correctly? Have you run a Quick Repair & Rebuild and Rebuild Relationships in Admin -> Repair?
