Assigning multiple users to one account

Hi,

Does anyone know how to assign multiple users to one account so that there is visibility to that account?

It appears now i can only assign 1 user to that 1 account which really is not helpful.

l’ve tried to look around for documentation to this but its scant at best and can’t seem to find any way of doing this. l’ve tried creating security group but there is no option under accounts to assign that particular account to that particular security group?

You should create ‘groups’ using the Security Groups functionality. You can’t assign one record to multiple users out of the box, unless you utilise Security Groups.
