Assigned To (workflow)

Hi

I m confused about the “assigned to” in the workflow, when choose user or group users will make the workflow apply specifically to such user/team?

I feel “assigned to” is dedication, while in case escalation workflow in the wiki guide i see general workflow but assigned to Administrator

Question here: When assign to Administrator means that this workflow will act for general conditions & actions?

The work flow will apply to the whole CRM and all its users regardless of who is assigned to the actual workflow.

The action section of workflow can decide who is notified if the condition is met and/or what to do if it is
