Assigned to field not populated on new record creation

Hi!

I have a problem with creation of new records:

  • when any kind of new record is being created, the field “Assigned to” is not populated automatically, and even if I click to select user - popup window for user selection pops out with no user to select from

  • this happens for any user except for admin = for admin user it works fine

Can anyone suggest fix for this?

I use version 7.22 and database is on SQL Server.

Do you get any errors in your sugarcrm.log? Are there any browser/console errors when creating the record or saving the record?

Have you run a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair?
