Assign roles to users automatically thanks to the directory (openldap)

Hello,

Can I assign the rights (roles) of users who are present in my directory (Openldap) when they connect to SuiteCRM?
I would like to do this automatically.
Or do I have to do it manually when the user connects and give him the admin role or the read-only role?
