I have Deployed an instance to the cloud, I already migrated my DB from Sugar to Suite 7 now in the old system I had another VM with the report service, now Suite manages reports in the same system. One of my users is a “regular user” that generates reports but, even though I have created a Security Group and Role for this purpuse and Asigned all of these plus the report template I created to this user it remains without access to the report template (It says that the user does not have access to this module, ask the system administrator to give access), the only way I used to give him access to the report was to make him Administrator, and for best practices purpouses that’s not what I like, how can I make this happen and I even noticed in the Access Tab that the reports module does not appear,
Are you assigned that role to the user?
Admin → User Management → Click on User name → Scroll down to subpanel → you will see ROLES subpanel → Click on dropdown arrow and choose ‘Select’ button.
Also, make sure you have given required permissions to the role.
Yes I’ve done that but this is all that appears in the access tab of the Role, as you can see no Reports option
Set it so they have access to their own.
If you’re not seeing these modules, something’s wrong with your installation.
Try a repair and rebuild. Also try and rebuild relationships. Might be a relationship module->security role issues.
