I am customizing lead module for now. One of the requirements is customizing fields to be displayed in history and activities subpanel. There is a field called “relate to” that would show the link of related case or related module. For example, in history subpanel, there is an email or call log. The system should displayed which case is related to this email / call log. How to do it in suiteCRM?
