Ask about permission view account

  1. I create User “Donal Trump”, create some Account
  2. In “Role Management”, I create new role: "Sales permission " - Access set Enable. Edit, Export, List, View…Set: OWNER
  3. I Create SECURITY Group: Sales Team
  • User: I add "Donal Trump"
  • Role: I select "Sales permission "

Save. Back to homepage, In account Iist selec all, mass assign group: Sales Team

I sign in user “Donal Trump”, still see account not create by Donal Trump

How to set Donal Trump can see only data create by Donal Trump

I am not sure, but maybe try (from Admin / Security Suite Settings) turning on “strict rights”.

I try to Select: Strict Rights
But Donal Trump still see account create by other User :frowning: :frowning:

What is your version of SuiteCRM, please?

Was this working before, and now it’s broken, or is it the first time your trying to set this up?

I don’t know why, but if i change permission in List or Edit, that’s ok.
Only view, nothing happened, still can see other acc
